This Consultation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between CIMMA, Canadian Immigration Access LTD. (“The Firm”) and the client (“Client”) who books a legal immigration consultation with one of The Firm Registered Canadian Immigration Consultants (“RCICs”) through the The Firm’s website www.stayincanada.com.

Scope of Consultation
The Firm agrees to provide the Client with a legal immigration consultation by an RCIC registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (“CICC”) in accordance with the regulations set forth in the Code of Professional Conduct (“Code”) established by the CICC. -
Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay The Firm the fee specified on the Consultancy Firm’s website for the legal immigration consultation. The Client shall make the payment through the Consultancy Firm’s website at the time of booking the consultation. -
Confidentiality
The Firm and its RCICs shall maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client during the legal immigration consultation. The Client’s information shall not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with the Client’s express consent. -
Code of Professional Conduct
The Firm and its RCICs shall abide by the Code of Professional Conduct established by the CICC. The following clauses from the Code of Professional Conduct are particularly relevant to this Agreement:
- Clause 1.1 - A member shall provide professional services in a conscientious, diligent, and efficient manner.
- Clause 2.2 - A member shall provide clients with honest, accurate, and timely advice, and represent their interests zealously within the bounds of the law.
- Clause 4.1 - A member shall not disclose confidential information obtained in the course of providing professional services to any person without the express consent of the client, or as required by law.

Disclaimer
The Firm and its RCICs shall not be responsible for any decision made by the Client or any consequences thereof, based on the legal immigration consultation provided. -
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. -
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between The Firm and the Client with respect to the legal immigration consultation and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
By booking a legal immigration consultation with one of our RCICs, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
